About Yellow Arch Studios

Yellow Arch Studios is a recording studio and music venue at 30-36 Burton Road in Neepsend, Sheffield. It has run as a recording, rehearsal and teaching studio since 1997 and is known as the place where Arctic Monkeys started out; Richard Hawley and Jarvis Cocker have also recorded there. On 7 February 2015 it opened as a fully licensed venue, with a cafe and bar, a main venue space with a solid oak dancefloor and a large disco ball, and a courtyard with a marquee. The programme mixes gigs, jazz nights and weddings with late club nights from 22:00 to 04:00, such as Funky Drummer x Dub Shack and a No Bounds festival night in October 2026.
