No, the Portola Music Festival is a 21+ event. Attendees must be 21 years or older on the day(s) they plan to attend and present a valid government-issued photo ID for entry. Expired IDs will not be accepted, and no one under the age of 21 will be allowed entry, even if accompanied by an individual 21 years of age or older.

The festival is a cashless event. Major credit cards will be accepted. Contactless payment solutionswill also be accepted. Attendees can convert cash to a pre-paid Visa card at Guest Service booths.

How can I get to Pier 80 for the festival?
There is no parking available at Pier 80. Attendees are encouraged to use alternative modes of transport such as BART, shuttles, Muni, Caltrain, biking, or rideshare services. Free Portola shuttles will run on a loop between Pier 80 and 24th St. Mission BART Station from 12:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Shuttle loading zones will be at the corner of Valencia St. & 24th St. near the BART station and at the corner of Illinois St. and Cesar Chavez St. near the venue.
