Electric Desert Invasion (Green River, UT, United States) 2026

Electric Desert Invasion returns to Jenkstar Ranch outside Green River from 5pm on Friday 23 October to 8am on Sunday 25 October 2026, a camping festival in the red rock desert of eastern Utah. The 2026 edition is themed around an alien invasion, with the organisers running the whole event under that framing and encouraging costumes to match.

The programme brings more than 30 DJs across multiple stages alongside performers, art, workshops and what the organisers call side quests, drawing on local and regional artists rather than touring headliners. Gates open at noon on the Friday with music from 5pm, and the Saturday starts with workshops around 11am before the music picks up in the mid afternoon.

The event is 21 and over and bring your own bottle, with on site camping included in the festival pass covering tents, cars and RVs without hook ups. The organisers ask attendees to respect the desert and leave no trace. Jenkstar Ranch sits at 1111 Tusher Canyon Road, around 20 minutes from Green River on the I-70, with Moab an hour south and Salt Lake City three and a half hours north. It is a Utah desert music festival built by its own community.
