About Hakkasan Nightclub
Hakkasan Nightclub is a nightclub and restaurant inside the MGM Grand on the Las Vegas Strip. It opened in April 2013 in the former Studio 54 space as the first Las Vegas venue of the London Cantonese restaurant brand Hakkasan, then run by Hakkasan Group. Tao Group Hospitality acquired Hakkasan Group in 2021 and now operates the club. The venue spreads over five levels, with two floors of dining and four separate nightlife spaces, and a capacity of about 3,900.
The main room is known for the Hakkasan Grid, a large moving light installation above the DJ booth and dancefloor. In the 2010s the club built its name on EDM residencies, and today the calendar mixes electronic DJs with hip hop and Top 40 artists, plus R&Bae Wednesdays in The Studio. The club is open Wednesday to Saturday, entry is strictly 21+ with a dress code, and it is part of the Las Vegas Party Pass with other TAO venues.
