Philadelphia is gearing up for another high-energy weekend of electronic music as Breakaway Music Festival returns to the Festival Grounds at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania, on September 11–12, 2026. Just outside Philadelphia, the waterfront stadium setting will become a two-day dance destination running from 4PM to midnight, bringing major international names and rising electronic talent together across a broad spectrum of house, techno, bass and music festival EDM. The 2026 lineup is led by Tiësto, Marshmello and Sofi Tukker, with ISOxo, Whethan, KREAM, Layton Giordani, Malaa (Alter Ego), Deathpact, DEVAULT, CID, Machaki, ARMNHMR and Avello adding further weight to the programme. Tiësto brings his globally recognised festival sound to the Philadelphia edition, while Marshmello returns with his signature crossover approach and Sofi Tukker add their energetic blend of house, dance and live electronic performance. The bill also reaches into darker and more underground territory through Deathpact, DEVAULT and ISOxo, while KREAM, CID and Layton Giordani provide a strong house and techno presence. Breakaway’s Philadelphia edition continues the festival brand’s philosophy of bringing globally recognised talent into local communities, creating a large-scale experience without requiring fans to travel far from the city. Beyond the music, the 2026 event will feature VIP and premium experiences, food and beverage areas, brand activations, a Jimmy John’s Silent Disco with local artists and dedicated spaces designed for relaxing between performances. Guests can also take advantage of accommodation packages in the surrounding Delco area, with selected packages offering expedited festival entry and additional perks. The festival is an 18+ event, while certain premium experiences are reserved for guests aged 21 and over, and the organisers have confirmed that same-day re-entry is not permitted.
