About Venue MOT

Venue MOT is a licensed warehouse club in the Orion Business Centre on Surrey Canal Road, in the industrial strip between South Bermondsey and New Cross in south east London. It runs two spaces next door to each other, Unit 18 and Unit 20, both with Martin Audio sound systems, and describes itself as a safe space with friendly staff, security and a 1990s warehouse feel. The venue is hired by promoters rather than run as a single weekly club night, so the music changes from night to night. Autumn 2026 listings included the jungle party RUFF RAT, Percolate with Benwal, 23 Degrees with Profound Sound, and a six-hour Oneman b2b Plastician set of UK garage, dubstep and grime. Surrey Quays, South Bermondsey and New Cross Gate are the nearest stations.
