KISSTORY on Blackheath (London, United Kingdom) 2027

KISSTORY on Blackheath returns to Blackheath Common in south east London on Saturday 24 July 2027, a one day open air event built around old skool, UK garage and nineties R and B. The festival is the outdoor arm of KISSTORY, the KISS radio brand devoted to classic dance and urban records, and is produced by The Festival Crowd.

Gates open at 1pm and the event runs until 10:30pm, with last entry at 6pm. The format is deliberately straightforward: a main stage on the common, a run of DJs and MCs playing garage classics, old skool anthems and nineties and noughties chart dance, and a crowd that treats the day as a singalong rather than a discovery event. VIP packages add fast track entry, a raised viewing platform, a dedicated bar and separate facilities.

Blackheath Common sits on the boundary between Lewisham and Greenwich, with Blackheath, Lewisham and Greenwich stations all within walking distance, and the organisers push rail and bus over driving. Thirty Blue Badge parking spaces are available for a fee, with accessible toilets, a viewing platform and complimentary carer tickets for eligible attendees. The event is restricted to over 18s and photo identification is checked at the gate. The 2027 lineup had not been published at the time of writing; past years have carried names from the UK garage and old skool circuit. Other London dates are listed on our music festival page.
