Brixton Disco Festival (London, United Kingdom) 2027

Brixton Disco Festival returns on Saturday 1 May 2027 for its ninth annual edition, a multi venue celebration of disco culture in the venues surrounding Windrush Square in south London. It is one of the leading annual disco events in the city.

The venue list covers most of what Brixton has: Electric Brixton, Brixton Jamm, Phonox, Brixton Village, the Ritzy, the Black Cultural Archives, Bricks and Brixton Storeys. Running across that many rooms in a few hundred metres turns the whole district into the festival site.

Windrush Square and the Black Cultural Archives give the festival its context, since Brixton is the centre of Caribbean London, and disco’s own history runs directly through that. Priority ticket access is through a sign up list on the festival site. Brixton is on the Victoria line, 15 minutes from Oxford Circus. For a London music festival built on disco, Brixton is the one with the roots.
