About Forestlimit

Forestlimit is a small basement venue in the KODA Building at 2-8-15 Hatagaya, Shibuya, Tokyo. It calls itself a nightclub, live house, studio and warehouse where music, art and culture cross, and it is run by Forestlimit LLC, which also provides sound services and has a second base in Fujinomiya near Mount Fuji. The programme changes almost every night: DJ parties, techno nights such as the New Masterpiece 13th anniversary on 4 October 2026, live music and art receptions. Some events start in the afternoon or early evening, while late-night parties run from midnight to 06:00. Entry is a cover charge set by each event plus a compulsory JPY 700 drink ticket. There is no dress code, re-entry is generally not allowed, and a house safe policy bans harassment and nuisance to neighbours.
