About RAISE
RAISE is a large nightclub on the sixth floor of the GinzaNovo building at 5-2-1 Ginza, near the Sukiyabashi crossing in central Tokyo. The club describes a glass-walled room with a 27 metre ceiling, which it says is the tallest of any club in Japan, with two bars and VIP tables for up to 15 people. Nights mix EDM, pop and hip hop with shows: pole dancers and performers appear every 30 minutes from about 10pm. Themed series include RAISE the PRIME every Friday from 8pm to midnight, RAISE the BLACK for hip hop, RAISE the DEEP for techno and house, and RAISE the WORLD, a few times a year with international headliners. Entry is 20+ with photo ID, and the venue is cashless inside.
Door policy
From the club's own rules20+ only, with a physical photo ID (passport, driving licence or residence card); guests over 50 need a VIP table booking. Dress stylishly: sports jerseys, sweatshirts, tank tops, shorts, sandals and exposed tattoos are refused, large bags and coats go to the cloakroom, and there is no re-entry.
