About LIQUIDROOM

LIQUIDROOM is a live house and club at Higashi 3-16-6 in Shibuya, Tokyo, a 3 minute walk from Ebisu Station. It first opened in July 1994 in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, as a venue licensed for all-night events, closed there in January 2004 and reopened in Ebisu on 14 July 2004. The main hall holds about 1,000 people standing, and the building adds the LIQUID LOFT lounge, the KATA gallery and Time Out Café & Diner. Most nights are concerts across rock, pop and alternative music, while its all-night club events have hosted Frankie Knuckles, Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Carl Cox and Laurent Garnier. For its 22nd anniversary in Ebisu, François K. plays on 23 October 2026 with DJ NORI in support.
