VAC (Vision and Colour) Music Festival (Zhuhai, China) 2026

Vision and Colour Music Festival, known across Asia as VAC, staged its 2026 spring edition on the Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel grounds in Zhuhai on 18 and 19 April 2026, running from 14:30 to 22:30 on both days. The edition was built around the theme Neo Zen and split across three stages named Lotus, Flow and Dream, with production that set Chinese design motifs against a mainstream festival rig. Kygo and John Summit both played China exclusive sets, and Charlotte de Witte and a Porter Robinson DJ set completed the top of the bill.

VAC was established in 2018 and spent its early years moving between Chinese cities before settling on Hengqin island, where it works in partnership with the Chimelong group. The April event was the eighth edition of the festival and the third consecutive year it has been held in Zhuhai. Local government figures put attendance across its Hengqin editions at close to 200,000 people and direct consumer spending at more than 2 billion yuan. In 2026 VAC placed 62nd in the DJ Mag Top 100 Festivals poll, the first Chinese event to enter that ranking.

Below the headliners the bill ran deep across house, techno, drum and bass, bass and hard dance, with Gorgon City, Gryffin, SLANDER, Netsky, Markus Schulz, Nico Moreno, Odd Mob, Jauz, Crankdat, Ray Volpe, SIDEPIECE, AC Slater, Andromedik, ARMNHMR, Le Youth, Sultan + Shepard, Gammer, Vertile, MPH, Frank Walker, Forester, ALLEYCVT, FALLON, LAYZ, 22Bullets, Slaughter House and TIYA. The site sat in car park 5 of the Chimelong resort on Hengqin island, a short hop from the Macao border, and tickets were sold through Damai, the festival WeChat mini programme, Ekuaiding and Trip.com. VAC now ranks among the larger Asian dates on the music festival calendar.
