INS LAND

INS LAND is at 109 Yandang Road in the Huangpu District of Shanghai, inside Fuxing Park. The complex, also listed as INS Park, rises seven storeys and covers about 20,000 square metres, with more than 20 clubs, bars and other venues.

INS LAND sells one entry ticket for the whole complex rather than separate club tickets. Wikipedia reports a single entry fee of CNY 288, about USD 40, which gives access to the clubs inside and includes complimentary drinks. Prices can change by night.

The official site says INS LAND spans seven floors and more than 20 venues. Clubs named on the site include La Fin, JUMP, FRiENDS, Culture Club, Dirty House, KZ Shanghai, RADI, HUSH and OASIS, each with its own music and style.

It depends on the room. Dirty House on the fourth floor is a small house and techno club, RADI is an electronic music room, HUSH plays hip-hop, KZ Shanghai is a live pop stage and La Fin is an upmarket party club on the sixth floor.

Electronic nights at Dirty House inside INS LAND are listed on Resident Advisor with a minimum age of 18. Bring your original passport or ID card, as staff can ask for proof of age at the door.

INS LAND was founded in June 2023 by Chinese businessman Dino Ying, who is also co-founder and chairman of Hero Esports. The official website is operated by New Electric Hero (Shanghai) Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and the complex has an esports arena alongside its clubs.

Ahead of its third anniversary on 16 June 2026, INS LAND opened Soul House, an immersive club with themed rooms, reopened RADI with a bigger space and upgraded sound and lighting, and added JUMP, a club with a spring-loaded dancefloor.

INS LAND entered DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs poll at number 12 in 2026, one of the highest new entries that year. It is the highest placed club in mainland China on the 2026 list.
