The Abercrombie is a heritage-listed hotel at 100 Broadway in Chippendale, a 5 to 10 minute walk from Sydney's Central Station, run by the hospitality group Solotel. It describes itself as an independent, multi-level music venue: the ground floor holds a club space and public bar, and a rooftop bar looks out over the Chippendale skyline. With a 24-hour licence, its club nights run from 10pm to 4am. Fridays belong to Sydney promoter crews such as Ritmo Collective, Beyond and TRIBQU, and every Saturday the PLAYNICE Confidential party takes over. The October and November 2026 programme includes Wata Igarashi, Bashkka, Secretsundaze and Nat Wendell. Midweek the venue is a pub with food, Music Bingo and trivia.
