Forward Motion In The Park (London, United Kingdom) 2027

Forward Motion In The Park 2027 takes place on Saturday 29 May 2027 at Leyton Jubilee Park in East London. The date and the venue come from the official festival website, and tickets are already on sale through Resident Advisor. It is a one-day, over-25s house music festival run by Forward Motion, the London promoter behind regular daytime parties at Studio 338 in Greenwich.

What kind of music is Forward Motion In The Park?

This is a house festival, not a techno one. The organisers promise “the very best in deep, soulful and underground house across two stages”, and their club nights lean on the deep house sound of the 2010 to 2013 era alongside soulful house grooves. The crowd policy is part of the identity: entry is for over 25s only, and the dress code rules out tracksuits, activewear, gym sets and man bags.

Who played the first edition?

The 2027 line-up has not been announced yet. The first edition took place at the same park on 23 May 2026, billed as East London’s first house festival for the over-25 raving community, and Forward Motion says around 10,000 people came. That bill featured Lee Foss with a 2010 era set, Art Department, Ali Love live, Secondcity b2b George Smeddles, House Gospel Choir and Norris Da Boss Windross b2b Jnr Windross, with Kings Of Tomorrow (Sandy Rivera), Groove Assassin b2b Sean McCabe and Sy Sez on the second stage.
