About Burdekin Hotel

The Burdekin Hotel is a five-storey corner pub at 2-4 Oxford Street in Darlinghurst, at the city end of Sydney's Oxford Street nightlife strip. The venue spreads across six levels: The Basement underground, the Main Bar on the ground floor, the Mini Bar for small gigs, the warehouse-style Viper Room, the Lava Lounge and a rooftop bar on level four. It calls itself home to electronic music, gigs, queer parties and kink socials. Club nights from Sydney crews fill Friday and Saturday nights, from the hard techno party VALKYRIE and house and drum and bass nights to the psytrance series Sound Of PSYlence, alongside band gigs, drag shows and a Saturday drag brunch. The Burdekin is strictly 18+ and stays open until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays.
