    About

Not far from the techno roots Free Your Mind Festival has always held, the 2026 edition in Arnhem looks primed to something special. The music festival returns to its home at Stadsblokken, Arnhem on June 6-7, 2026, opening each day in the early afternoon and heading into late evening with a strong 18+ policy in effect.

Long established (since 2004), Free Your Mind has earned its reputation mixing house, techno, hard techno and crossover electronic styles, staging them each year on multiple stages (both open-air and covered) across the historic Stadsblokken ground, which itself carries weight because of its role in WWII and how the land carries memory.

In 2025 the lineup included heavyweight names such as Boris Brejcha, Eric Prydz, Innellea, Kobosil, Reinier Zonneveld, Len Faki, Pan-Pot, Fatima Hajji, fka.m4a, The Martinez Brothers, Andhim among others. These figures illustrate the kind of headliners Free Your Mind tends to lock in: artists who thrive in big crowd settings and deliver both atmospheric depth and dancefloor intensity.

The stages setup in 2025 featured five majestic stages: two outdoors and three covered. It means there’s shade and shelter plus the wide open spaces, giving variation in experience depending on time of day, weather, and mood.

Tickets for 2026 are already in motion: the weekend pass runs in the ballpark of €78.50 including service charges; single day tickets are lower but often sell out fast. There’s a “loyal ticket sale” scheduled, giving previous attendees early access at a discount. Minimum age of 18 is enforced.

Overall Free Your Mind 2026 promises to deliver not just massive electronic acts, but a serious sensory environment: powerful sound systems, varied stage design, chances to roam and discover, and an atmosphere that balances the raw edge of underground techno with grand spectacle. It’s more than just a lineup of DJs—it’s about feeling the place, the crowd, the pulse, and the history of the ground beneath your feet.
