About BRET

BRET is a bar, restaurant and club at Orlyplein 76 in the Sloterdijk office district of Amsterdam. Its red building, which the club calls the red cube, stands in a small park that the team created on the square. During the week it runs as an eetcafé and beer bar with organic, local food and a wide range of craft beers, plus a beer garden and a rooftop terrace, open from Tuesday to Friday. On weekends the building switches to club service, with a programme that mixes electronic genres and gives local DJs a stage next to guest artists. Club nights are 21+, the cloakroom or a locker is mandatory, and the club asks guests to keep phones off the dance floor. Next door, de Tuin van Bret offers co-working spaces and hosts occasional events.
