About Haus 33
Haus 33 is a techno club at Engelhardsgasse 33 in St. Lorenz, the southern half of Nuremberg's old town, beside the Frauentormauer section of the city wall, with a crowd billed as gays and friends. It opened on 1 November 2013 as Große Liebe, a venue for the queer scene, and took the name Haus 33 in October 2014. The club spreads over three floors: the main floor at street level, a second dancefloor with a smoking balcony above, and a coffee bar and cloakroom at the top, with a black interior and ceilings of small light bulbs. Techno and house guests have included DJ Hell, Oliver Schories and Robert Babicz. The team also runs the Techno Train party train, the H33 Records label and larger Z33 nights at Z-Bau, such as A.N.I. all night long on 12 December 2026.

The Techno Train is a party on a train run by the Haus 33 owners. The first, in summer 2019, took about 600 people on a seven hour ride through Bavaria in eleven carriages with 25 DJs, and it returned in October 2022 and March 2023.
