About Die Rakete
Die Rakete is a techno club at Vogelweiherstraße 64, in an industrial area of the Dianastraße district in southern Nuremberg. It opened in September 2003 with Britpop weekends and weekday concerts, and since 2007 it has played only electronic music, from electro, minimal and deep house to techno and hard techno. The club started in the basement with a small terrace and has grown to two dancefloors, at ground level and in the basement, plus a terrace, enlarged in 2015, that works as a third floor in summer. In 2021 it won the federal APPLAUS award for its programme, and FAZEmag readers voted it the fourth best club in Germany in 2024. Residents include Felix Eul, Milan Milano and Julian Haffner, and October 2026 brings FJAAK, BCCO with Future.666 and a birthday party on 10 October.
