About Crobar

Crobar sits under the railway arches of Paseo de la Infanta in Palermo, Buenos Aires, between the city streets and the lakes of the Rosedal park. The club opened in March 2006, with Tiësto playing the first night, and has focused on electronic music ever since. It has three spaces: the main Crobar room, the smaller Studio Crobar for more intimate shows, and El Jardín, a garden space with vinyl-focused parties and daytime editions with a record fair.

Sound in the main room is a NEXO Alpha system. The programme runs in cycles: Crobar Club for Argentine techno artists, Crobar Phuture for newer European names, and the returning Crobar Be Techno, while Studio hosts techno, house and live shows. Past guests include Carl Cox, Nina Kraviz, John Digweed and Ricardo Villalobos. RA lists capacity at 2,300.
