About This Playlist

For five days every October, Amsterdam stops being a city and becomes an operating system for electronic music. Amsterdam Dance Event is the largest club festival and conference on the planet: thousands of artists, hundreds of venues, and every label boss, booker and bedroom producer in the industry crammed into one postcode. This playlist is the official soundtrack, published straight from the Amsterdam Dance Event account.

Because ADE has no single stage or genre, its official selection behaves like the city itself during festival week: techno in one room, house next door, something stranger in the basement. The result is a cross-section of where the whole scene stands, curated by the organisation that watches it more closely than anyone.

The range is the point. Amelie Lens brings Belgian main-room power with “Radiance“, DJ HEARTSTRING channel trance-soaked euphoria on “The Last Hour“, and Jayda G keeps the soul quotient high with “Scars“. Julian Muller supplies rave pressure on “Bright Grooves” while Nora En Pure cools the room with the club mix of “Sherwood Forest“.

Put it on for pre-game sessions, apartment parties or any night that needs to move through several moods without touching the phone. It is a guided tour of dance music’s capital week, one track per doorway, with the door policy handled by the hosts themselves.

Five days. One city. The whole scene under one sky.
