About
Panorama Festival returns to Cave del Duca, a former Lecce stone quarry on the edge of the Puglian city, from 14 to 16 August 2026. The 12 hectare site, once a centre of the local mining trade, has been converted into an open-air amphitheatre whose carved stone walls now frame the stage, and organisers say it welcomes up to 14,000 people each night. The event runs with the backing of the Municipality of Lecce under its guiding concept, Your Frame in Puglia.
Launched in 2022, the festival has grown rapidly into one of southern Italy’s leading electronic music events, and 2026 marks its fifth edition. The 2025 edition drew more than 50,000 visitors from over 40 countries across a sold-out run, while DJ Mag currently places Panorama 36th in its ranking of the world’s best festivals. That rise has turned the quarry into a fixture on the European music festival map alongside far older names.
The 2026 programme opens on Friday 14 August with Mochakk, a three-way session from Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler and The Martinez Brothers, and BLOND:ISH back to back with Vintage Culture. Saturday belongs to Solomun and Peggy Gou, joined by Japanese selector Yousuke Yukimatsu, before PAWSA, Mau P and Josh Baker close the weekend on Sunday 16 August. Day tickets and passes are on sale through the official website, Dice and TicketSMS, and organisers advise booking early after last summer’s sell-out run.
