Into the Dark (Portland, OR, United States) 2026

Into the Dark returns to Portland on 30 and 31 October 2026, two nights of electronic music over Halloween in Oregon’s largest city. The event works at the scale Portland supports: an indoor production in a city with a long standing warehouse and club scene but without the arena sized venues that drive the Los Angeles and Las Vegas Halloween circuit.

Programming sits in the darker and harder end of electronic music, which suits the date and the theme. Portland has maintained an independent scene since the 1990s, with promoters working across techno, bass and industrial sounds in venues around the central east side, and Into the Dark draws from that rather than importing a touring package.

Tickets are sold through Tixr, which carries the venue details, set times and age policy closer to the date. Portland International Airport sits 20 minutes from the centre with direct flights from across the west coast, and the city’s MAX light rail runs late enough on weekends to cover most of the event. The 2026 line up was being announced through the organisers’ channels at the time of writing. For the Pacific Northwest at Halloween, it is the music festival that takes the weekend.
