About Indiego Glocksee
Indiego Glocksee is an event space between Linden and the city centre of Hanover, run by the association UJZ Glocksee e.V. at Glockseestraße 35. It describes itself as anti-discriminatory and queer-friendly and aims to be a safer space, especially for people from marginalised groups. The programme covers a wide range of subcultural music, from several electronic genres to live music from dark wave to hip hop. Autumn 2026 raves include Sector Schranz Edition, DE:CONSTRUCT, Rauh im Indiego, CLX and Sangoma Records meets Freiraum on two floors, while the weekly Schmittwoch on Wednesdays adds concerts and specials such as tattoo days, winter markets and table tennis. A Care Team of awareness-trained staff, recognisable by pink wristbands, works at the entrance and in every room, and camera lenses are stickered at the door.
