About WDM
WDM, short for Weidendamm, is a techno club at Weidendamm 8 in Hanover, run by Nordstadt GmbH. It held its grand opening on 25 October 2025 and sums itself up as nice people dancing to good techno music. Club nights run mainly on Fridays and Saturdays from 22:00 or 23:00, built around recurring series such as EXIT, EUPHORIA, ODIO, SIRENS, DICE and AMORÉ, and guests in its first year included Chris Liebing with DJ Hell, Kobosil, Klaudia Gawlas and Gregor Tresher. The club has a written code of conduct with a no phones policy on the dancefloor, FLINTA and all-gender toilets and an awareness team that can be reached in the club or by email. To finish the new venue, WDM offered 100 engraved Golden Tiles to supporters, each coming with a year of free entry.
