About

SummerDaze Malta returns in August 2026 with a reshaped format, trading its long-running summer week for two standalone headline shows at the Ta’ Qali Concert Area near Attard. The Maltese promoter has moved the event to the larger open-air site in central Malta, framing the year around a pair of separately ticketed nights rather than a single continuous run.

Lewis Capaldi opens the programme on Tuesday, 11 August, with a set built on his best-known ballads, among them “Someone You Loved”, “Hold Me While You Wait” and “Bruises”. Calvin Harris closes proceedings on Saturday, 15 August, in a night staged with BBC Radio 1 Dance Anthems and Creamfields, promising a run through hits such as “We Found Love”, “Feel So Close” and “This Is What You Came For”. SummerDaze has run on the island since 2019 and came back in 2022 after a pause, with recent editions booking Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, Mabel, Sfera Ebbasta and Meduza.

Tickets start from 10 euro and include a reusable cup, part of the organisers’ push to cut single-use plastic on site. The switch to Ta’ Qali gives the two shows a broad, open-air setting a short drive from Valletta, and positions SummerDaze as one of the standout stops on the Mediterranean music festival calendar for the summer.
