About In It Together Festival (Margam (Port Talbot), United Kingdom)
In It Together returns to Margam near Port Talbot from 28 to 30 May 2027, over the late May bank holiday in south Wales. The organisers lead with the family billing, and the festival has been voted among the best in Britain for families.
That is a harder thing to do well than it sounds. A festival that works for families has to programme for adults without losing the children’s side of the site, and In It Together has built its reputation on getting the balance right over several years.
Tickets are sold through Fever. Margam sits on the coast between Swansea and Bridgend, with Port Talbot Parkway on the main line from Cardiff at 35 minutes and London at three hours, and Cardiff Airport an hour away. Late May in south Wales is mild at around 17 degrees. Official aftermovies exist for the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions. For a Welsh music festival you can take children to, In It Together is the one.
