About The Berkeley Suite

The Berkeley Suite is a small basement club at 237 North Street in Glasgow's Charing Cross, reached behind an unassuming pawn shop sign. The club room holds up to 250 people and a separate bar up to 50, with two bars, a chill out area and gender-neutral toilets. Sound comes from a custom surround system built by Glasgow's We Enjoy Sound, run with Pioneer CDJ-3000s, Technics 1210 turntables and a DJM-V10 mixer. The venue books international DJs alongside local promoters and lists resident nights including OPTIMO, Hot Towel, Polka Dot Disco Club, CÉLESTE and Shoot Your Shot, with house, disco and wider electronic music at the core. It also runs its own mix series, and the Room Two house night marks ten years at the club in October 2026.
