Orbit Festival (Bunnik, Netherlands) 2027

Orbit Festival returns on Saturday 24 July 2027, keeping the one day format it has built on a fort site outside Bunnik in the province of Utrecht. The festival is a compact affair by Dutch standards, running a single summer date rather than a weekend, and has developed a following for its programming across house and techno in a setting dominated by nineteenth century earthworks and brick casemates.

Tickets work on a tiered release. A limited early bird for the 2027 edition went on sale on 30 July 2026 at midday at 55 euros plus booking fee, with further tiers following through the year. The organisers publish line up news through their own channels and a Spotify playlist that tracks the artists they are booking, rather than a single large announcement.

Bunnik sits just south east of Utrecht and has its own railway station on the line towards Arnhem, roughly ten minutes from Utrecht Centraal, which in turn is half an hour from Amsterdam. That makes the festival an easy day trip for anyone already in the Randstad. The 2027 line up had not been published at the time of writing. For a single day in the Dutch summer, it is a neatly scaled music festival.
