About Nachti Festival
Nachti Festival returns to the Bungalowdorf Olganitz from 30 July to 1 August 2027, keeping the lakeside holiday village near Leipzig that has hosted the event for most of its life. The festival runs under the Nachtdigital banner, which has been putting on open air electronic music in Saxony since 1998 and is one of the longest running independent festivals in eastern Germany.
The format has stayed deliberately small. Nachtdigital built its reputation on careful booking rather than scale, programming long sets from artists who sit outside the festival circuit, and the move to the shorter Nachti name has not changed the approach. Recent editions have featured Neel, Lux and Doudou MD among others, with recordings published through the festival’s own Nachtipod series.
Tickets work through a presale registration rather than an open sale, with the shop opening to registered names first. The crew also run Nachti On Tour dates away from the festival, including a Bassiani collaboration in Tbilisi in September 2026. Olganitz sits in the Wermsdorf forest between Leipzig and Dresden, around 50 minutes by road from Leipzig. For a long running German music festival that has never chased size, Nachti remains the reference point.
