About ://about blank

://about blank is a techno club at Markgrafendamm 24c in Friedrichshain, next to Ostkreuz station. It opened in 2010 and is run as a workers' cooperative, about blank eG, by a collective of equal members who describe it as a club and cultural centre. The low, graffiti-covered building has several dancefloors and a large garden, which becomes an open-air floor in summer and hosts the free Sektgarten afternoons with pizza, table tennis and a kids' corner. Weekend nights are run by party series with their own concepts, ranging from house and techno to trance, bass and queer parties, and the club also hosts talks, readings and exhibitions during the week. The October 2026 programme includes Amsterdam Techno Records, Dualism and a Halloween night. Outside club nights, the garden tent and floors can be hired for private parties.
