About Feel Festival

Feel Festival returns to the Bergheider See from 22 to 25 July 2027, taking over the shore of a flooded former lignite mine in southern Brandenburg, about 90 minutes from both Berlin and Dresden. The festival runs more than ten stages and books hundreds of acts across electronic music and beyond, and has built a reputation as one of the more openly queer and FLINTA friendly weekenders in eastern Germany. Entry is 18 and over.

The site has an unusual history. Bergheider See was an open cast mine until the 1990s and now holds water, beaches and the preserved F60 conveyor bridge on its northern shore, a 502 metre steel structure sometimes called the lying Eiffel Tower. The festival uses the lakeside for stages and camping, and runs a cashless payment system across the whole site.

Feel also operates a solidarity ticket scheme. A limited contingent is set aside at 155 euros including a 10 euro deposit on waste for anyone whose monthly income is under 1,500 euros, applied for by email with a short explanation. Regular tickets are sold through the official site and the 2027 line up had not been announced at the time of writing. For a lake, a mining relic and a queer leaning bill, it is one of the more characterful German music festival options.
