Extrema Outdoor is a Belgian electronic music festival held on the grounds of De Plas in Houthalen-Helchteren, in the province of Limburg. According to the official FAQ, the site includes a dense forest and a clear lake with a beach, with space for seven stages, which the organisers call Districts, plus an Aperol Spritz area. The festival is an 18+ event and runs a campsite with pre-parties and daily after-parties for camping guests, glamping in the District Glamping area and the Extrema Resort.
Extrema Outdoor 2027 takes place from Friday 14 May to Sunday 16 May 2027 and returns to De Plas, as announced in the header of the official website. No ticket page is live yet; the organisers are collecting newsletter sign-ups for line-up drops and ticket sales, and the festival’s Facebook page has referred to Super Early Bird tickets. Extrema sells entry tickets in waves, with each wave increasing in price. No line-up has been announced for 2027.
Recent editions have run from Friday afternoon to Sunday night, with the campsite opening on Thursday and after-parties continuing into the early hours, so a weekend ticket with camping offers the fullest experience. Expect house and techno across the Districts, from lakeside stages to areas in the forest, and a hard-cup system, token payments and powerbank rental on site. It is a spring techno festival with a holiday feel, and Ticketswap is the official resale partner.
