Drift in the Paper Factory is a special indoor techno rave organized on Saturday, April 19, 2025, during the Easter weekend. It will run from 13:00 to 23:59 and marks the first-ever public event at the historical Paper Factory in Nijmegen.
The event is held at De Papierfabriek Nijmegen, located at Ambachtsweg 2, 6541 DB Nijmegen. The venue is a monumental industrial space where seven paper machines once operated. Stripped down to raw concrete, it echoes the energy of 90s illegal raves and stands as one of the most striking unexplored venues in the Netherlands.
The lineup includes top-tier names such as FJAAK, returning to Nijmegen for the first time since 2023, and legendary Berghain resident Marcel Dettmann. Also performing are local heroes Tijn Dekkers, Vincent Steen, and a special b2b2b set featuring Laura van Hal, Locus Error, and Tripeo.
Ticket sales start on Thursday, February 27th at 19:00. Tickets will be available via Drift’s official platforms—early access is advised due to high demand and the exclusivity of the venue.
The venue is best reached by bike or public transportation, with regular bus lines stopping right in front of the Paper Factory from Nijmegen Central Station. Drift aims to make its events accessible to all—questions and accessibility requests can be sent to toegankelijkheid@driftomtedansen.nl, and on-site support is available from the Green Team and security staff.
