About Graf Karl

Graf Karl is a techno club at Leipziger Straße 407 in the east of Kassel, open since 2021 and run by Panoptikum GbR. The club describes itself as Kassel's address for techno, trance and electronic club culture, with local residents, touring headliners and a raw interior of concrete and bass. The venue has four dancefloors: Floor 1 as the main floor, Floor 2, an Open Air Floor and the Floor Down Under, plus chill-out galleries on the first floor, several bars and a bistro. The programme runs from techno and trance to hard techno, with regular series such as the Vintage Voltage rave for over-27s. House rules ask guests not to film on the dancefloor, an awareness team in yellow armbands works every night, and guests who take their shirt off are not served at the bar.
