About Café del Mar Malta

Café del Mar Malta is a beach club and lido on Triq it-Trunciera in Qawra, St Paul's Bay, on the north coast of Malta. It is part of the Malta National Aquarium complex and looks out over St Paul's Islands, Gozo and Comino, with an infinity pool, a splash pool, sunbeds and a restaurant. The brand comes from the Café del Mar sunset bar that opened in Ibiza in 1980, and the Malta venue is run by Marine Aquatic Limited. By day DJs play house music by the pool; in the evening the venue hosts sunset sessions, its CDM Sundays parties, Thursday pool parties in peak summer and label events, with Defected and Anjunadeep Malta both on the October 2026 calendar. The club opens seasonally from April to October.
