DJ Mag closes its 2026 poll season on Tuesday 6 October, and the night comes with a line-up as well as a countdown. Top 100 DJs LIVE returns to [UNVRS] in Ibiza for a second year, with the World’s No. 1 DJ revealed on stage and then playing the room out. For once the techno end of the bill is not an afterthought: Charlotte de Witte and Korolova are both booked.
Who plays Top 100 DJs LIVE 2026
Confirmed for the night: Anastazja, Charlotte de Witte, Gordo back to back with Vintage Culture, Korolova and Lost Frequencies, plus a set from the newly crowned No. 1. BBC Radio 1’s Sarah Story hosts the ceremony, which also hands out the genre awards across house, techno, trance and harder styles. Tickets are listed by the venue at 45 euros for early entry before 1am and 55 euros standard.
Why the ceremony stays at [UNVRS]
The room is part of the story. [UNVRS] opened in May 2025 on the old Ku and Privilege site, and in April 2026 it entered DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs poll straight at No. 1, the first venue to debut at the top in the poll’s history. A 10,000 capacity hyperclub that is already the world’s highest ranked club is a logical place to keep the awards.
Where the techno names stood last year
Voting for the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2026 closed on 16 September, so the positions are already locked. The 2025 results are the benchmark: Charlotte de Witte climbed to No. 9, her first time inside the top 10, and took World’s No. 1 Techno DJ for a sixth year. Korolova finished No. 50, up ten places. Vintage Culture was No. 11, Lost Frequencies No. 19 and Gordo No. 68.
Our view: a booking is not a ranking, but it does show what DJ Mag thinks will hold a 10,000 capacity room on a Tuesday in October. Half the announced bill comes from the techno and melodic side of the floor. That was not the shape of this ceremony five years ago.
