About Café del Mar Phuket
Café del Mar Phuket is the Thai outpost of the Café del Mar brand that started in Ibiza, set on the beach at Kamala on Phuket's west coast, about 15 minutes by car from Patong. It opened in 2017 and runs as a beach club and restaurant by day, with a large pool, beach beds, the Horizon Lounge and sea views for sunset, plus a small set of suites and a penthouse on site.
After dark the music moves into the Club Room, which is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10pm with international house DJs. Roots, the venue's own afro house night, started in January 2024, and melodic house and techno acts such as ARTBAT, Mahmut Orhan and Eelke Kleijn play regularly. In the high season, from December to May, large daytime events take place outdoors on the Pyramid and Temple stages. The venue climbed from 45th in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs in 2025 to 37th in 2026.
