Refuge, billed as Refuge Hi-Def Dance Club, is an underground nightclub for about 500 people at 366 Ten Eyck Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The club is built around REX, a custom four-point sound system designed by co-founder Craig "Shorty" Bernabeu, with four 10-foot speaker stacks surrounding the dancefloor. It runs nights from Thursday to Saturday, along with daytime parties and Sunday sunrise sessions. The autumn 2026 programme covers house and techno across several generations: Robag Wruhme, Andrey Pushkarev, Glenn Underground and Marcellus Pittman, Floating Points, DJ Seinfeld, Perc and Frankie Bones, David Morales, Nicole Moudaber, Enrico Sangiuliano, and open to close sets from HAAi and Skream. Events are 21+ and tickets are sold on Eventbrite.
