About Marquee New York

Marquee New York is a nightclub at 289 10th Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan, run by Tao Group Hospitality. Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg opened it on 10 December 2003 in a former parking and garbage truck repair facility, and named it after the marquee structure on the building. A redesign by Josh Held raised the ceiling by 15 feet and added a 20 foot LED wall. After a renovation led by architect Jack Hotho, Marquee New York 3.0 reopened on 25 September 2025 with Diplo, adding a larger dance floor, LED panels across the ceiling and a purple and dark oak interior. The club opens on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 23:00 to 04:00 with EDM and house headliners such as Benny Benassi, KSHMR and DJ Snake, and guests enter with a ticket or a table booking.
