About The Phoenix Landing
The Phoenix Landing is a pub and DJ bar at 512 Massachusetts Avenue in Central Square, Cambridge, one block from Central station on the MBTA Red Line and just across the Charles River from Boston. It first opened in 1995. By day it works as a sports bar, showing games on more than ten TVs, and it follows Liverpool FC closely. At night it becomes a dance bar with resident house DJ nights on Tuesday (Infra), Wednesday (Re:Set) and Thursday (elements). Weekends are more commercial: Friday Night Vibes with DJ Special K plays hip hop, reggaeton and Top 40, and Saturday brings DJ Vinny and The Boom Boom Room with dance hits and throwbacks. A free trivia night runs on Wednesday evenings and a free all-ages jazz jam on the first and third Fridays of the month.
