Liquicity Festival (Oudkarspel, Netherlands) 2027

Liquicity Festival returns to the Geestmerambacht recreation area outside Oudkarspel from 23 to 25 July 2027, running from 11am to midnight each day. The festival is the live arm of Liquicity, the Dutch label and YouTube channel that has been the main gateway into liquid drum and bass for a generation of listeners, and it remains one of the few festivals built entirely around that sound.

The site is a lakeside park in North Holland with the main stage set against the water, and the festival has built its identity around the visual language of the label: heavy production, long sunset sets and a crowd that travels in from across Europe. Netsky, Maduk, Fox Stevenson and Feint have all played past editions, and the 2027 line up was still being rolled out at the time of writing.

Camping runs alongside the festival for the full three days and is booked with the ticket. Geestmerambacht sits around 10 kilometres north of Alkmaar, which is 40 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central, with shuttle buses running from Alkmaar station to the site. Tickets are sold through the official site and the earlier tiers tend to go quickly. For drum and bass specifically, it is the European music festival with the clearest identity.
