About
Amsterdam’s industrial waterfront is set for another two-day electronic adventure as Into the Woods ADE returns to the iconic NDSM Wharf on October 23–24, 2026, bringing the music festival’s characteristic blend of raw spaces, adventurous sounds and immersive creativity to the heart of Amsterdam Dance Event. Across seven indoor stages, the weekend will welcome more than 70 artists, turning the former shipyard environment into a constantly shifting playground of house, techno, electro and leftfield club music. The 2026 programme already includes influential names such as Antal, Danilo Plessow, DJ BORING, Skin On Skin, Young Marco, Clara Cuvé, Cynthia Spiering, PARAMIDA, Sam Alfred, Sidney Charles, Locklead and Marsolo, alongside Bevan, BIIA, Emmz, Kamma, Kyle Starkey, Lisa Korver, LORI, L.P. Rhythm and Natalie Robinson. The festival’s musical identity is deliberately broad, moving between deep grooves, energetic techno, breakbeat-driven sounds and more experimental club territory, with each stage offering a different atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening. NDSM Wharf itself is central to the experience, providing a distinctive industrial backdrop of concrete, steel and open-air spaces that Into the Woods transforms with elaborate stage design, lighting, sound and large-scale artistic installations. The 2026 edition will feature seven indoor stages while retaining the possibility of exploring the wharf’s open-air areas, giving visitors plenty of room to move between different sounds and environments. Into the Woods ADE has become a notable part of Amsterdam Dance Event’s October programme, and previous editions have welcomed artists including Daria Kolosova, Chris Liebing, Dax J, Kobosil, DJ EZ, Pegassi, MCR-T, Chloé Caillet, X CLUB., Benny Rodrigues, Samuel Deep and Monkey Safari. The festival’s approach is less about following a single genre and more about creating a complete audiovisual journey, with creative installations and unexpected details spread throughout the venue. Friday and Saturday are designed as full-scale festival days, with the organisers promising a new batch of artists and experiences as the programme continues to develop. The combination of more than 70 artists, seven indoor stages and the unmistakable NDSM setting makes Into the Woods ADE 2026 a particularly compelling destination for anyone looking to experience the more adventurous side of Amsterdam’s electronic culture during ADE.
