About The Racket Space

The Racket Space is a music venue, DJ recording studio and record shop under The Bernard Shaw at Cross Guns Bridge in Dublin 9, on the Drumcondra and Glasnevin side of the city. The room holds 300 for club nights, 200 for live shows and 120 seated, and runs a Funktion-One system with Pioneer CDJ-3000s, eight Technics 1210s and several mixers including an Allen & Heath Xone 92 and a DJM-A9. Club nights mix touring DJs with Dublin promoters such as Mystify, LOST, House Arrest and Underdub, covering house, drum and bass, bass music and sound system culture, and autumn 2026 bookings include Photek, Wolters, Youandewan and a live show from Dorian Concept. The venue's Racket Store sells records and books and hosts open decks and vinyl DJ workshops at weekends.
