About Pimpernel
Pimpernel is a small club on Müllerstraße in Munich's Glockenbachviertel, a short walk from Sendlinger Tor. It dates its club history to 1970, which makes it one of the oldest continuously run nightclubs in the city, and it has long been part of the neighbourhood's gay scene. Sven Künast joined in 2004 and took over the club completely in 2007. Pimpernel opens every night of the week from 22:00, running to 06:00 and to 07:00 on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The music runs from techno and electro to house and disco, and a trademark of the club is the all-night-long set, with one DJ playing the whole night. Bookings are mostly local DJs with occasional international guests, and entry is EUR 8 after midnight.
