About Energy 2000

Energy 2000 is a large nightclub in the village of Przytkowice, about 25 km from Kraków in southern Poland. It began in 1991 as Holiday Disco, a single dance hall with a bar, and has been rebuilt and extended many times since. Today the club has three levels, five bars and three rooms, each with its own dancefloor and music, plus an Insta Room for photos and a summer garden. The programme is mainstream: dance, retro, hip-hop, hardstyle and themed nights such as Retro Party, Kings Of Hardstyle and Góralska Noc, with concerts by Polish rap and pop acts. Past guests include ATB, Showtek, Benny Benassi and Headhunterz. Resident DJs Thomas and Hubertus have compiled the Energy Mix series since 2001, and a sister club opened in Katowice in 2011.
