Wisłoujście Festival (Gdansk, Poland) 2027

Wisloujscie Festival returns to the Wisloujscie Fortress in Gdansk from 23 to 25 July 2027 for its tenth edition, filling a sixteenth century brick stronghold at the mouth of the Vistula with electronic music, visual art and contemporary culture. The fortress is one of the most unusual venues in Polish music: a circular artillery tower ringed by earth ramparts and a moat, built to guard the approach to the port and left largely intact.

The festival is run by the team behind Sfinks 700, the Sopot club that has anchored electronic music on the Tricity coast for decades, and the programming has reflected that reach. Modeselektor played a DJ set at the 2025 edition and Indecent Noise appeared in 2026, with the bill generally spreading across techno, house and more experimental live work alongside an art programme built into the fortress structures.

Tickets are sold through Biletomat, with the organisers releasing them in pools rather than a single on sale. The site sits on Stara Twierdza street in the Nowy Port district, around 20 minutes by tram from Gdansk main station, and the 2027 line up had not been published at the time of writing. For anyone combining the Baltic coast with heavy architecture, it is the Polish music festival with the most striking site.
