About Channel Zero

Channel Zero is a nonprofit club and concert space at Metelkova 4, inside Ljubljana's autonomous Metelkova cultural centre. It is run by the cultural association KUD Channel Zero and has been active since 1993. The venue hosts about 100 events a year, mixing concerts and club nights with theatre, poetry, multimedia projects and record fairs, and it has hosted events for the Druga godba and MENT Ljubljana festivals. Its psychedelic hallway and dim lighting suit the darker side of electronic music. The in-house Refresh series covers garage, breaks, UK funky, baile funk, Jersey and Baltimore club, grime, jungle and footwork, while the autumn 2026 programme also includes the 17th DNBKonferenca drum and bass night and SONICA 2026. The club also houses what it calls the smallest gallery in Slovenia.
