The July series of the techno music event calendar is ready. All the festivals organized this month that you can attend are listed below.
Chronologically, we compile the events that attract attention and expected throughout the month for fans and share the significant notifications with the public, such as line-ups, ticket fees etc. For more, please follow our website and stay tuned for the updates. DELTA FESTIVAL
(July 1 – July 3, Marseille, France)
Delta Festival is a three-day music, sport, and arts festival, taking place in the new beachside location of Les Plages du Prado in Marseille
Across five stages, Delta Festival will host some of the hottest names in dance music, with the likes of Carl Cox, Deborah de Luca, Sean Paul and Vini Vici heading up the bill.
Combine this with sun-soaked sports such as water sports and zorbing and you have the recipe for a fun-fuelled summer festival.
WEEKEND FESTIVAL
(July 1 – July 2, Helsinki, Finland)
Weekend Festival is a hip-hop and dance music festival in the Finnish capital Helsinki.
Bringing some of the very best artists from across the EDM, house, techno and hip-hop spectrum, Weekend Festival is now one of the biggest electronic music festivals in Scandinavia.
Showcasing its lineup across multiple stages, Weekend Festival pairs its lineup with immense production and some incredible fireworks displays.
KAPPA FUTUR FESTIVAL
(July 1 – July 3, Turin, Italy)
Kappa Futur Festival is an electronic music festival in Turin, Italy. Each year the festival welcomes a spectacular lineup of techno’s heaviest hitters, with scene veterans playing alongside exciting new talents.
The award-winning festival will take place between 1 – 3 July and returns to the famous Parco Dora in central Turin for its most ambitious event yet. Last edition of Kappa Futur Festival was sold out on both days (over 50, 000 tickets) and brought together over 100 different nations of passionate house and techno lovers, to revel in the winning formula of spectacular weather, top-class production and killer sets from the world’s best DJs.
Complementing the stellar line-up, the iconic Parco Dora festival site serves as a perfect industrial inner-city environment with varied hangouts, DJs between the trees and plenty of Italian food and drink.
SOUND WAVES FESTIVAL
(July 2, Esmoriz, Portugal)
Sound Waves Festival is one of the oldest electronic music festivals in Portugal, returning in the summer for a landmark fifteenth edition. The festival takes place on the beach at Esmoriz, a coastal city located around 30km south of Porto.
Back for what promises to be one of the biggest edition ever, Sound Waves Festival will once again feature a lineup of dance music stars, both national and international, to keep the dedicated ravers coming back to the festival, as they have year after year.
FORBIDDEN FOREST
(July 2 – July 3, Belvoir Castle, United Kingdom)
Forbidden Forest is an intimate underground music event set in the heart of a forest in the UK. The festival in 2021 was sold within a matter of minutes and in 2022 it will take place over a two day weekend at a brand new location in the Midlands, which has yet to be announced.
Forbidden Forest Festival will offer for the first time on-site camping accessible from Midday Friday 1 July for weekend camping ticket holders, a 24-hour market place with gourmet food stalls, out of town shopping and secure on-site lockers. Camping Plus packages are also available with showers, luxury toilets and pamper rooms with hair dryers and straighteners.

HIDEOUT FESTIVAL
(July 3 – July 7, Novalja, Crotia)
Hideout Festival returns to Croatia’s Zrće Beach in July 2022 after two years off, promising to return even better than before as it celebrates its 11th edition at the famous party spot. Hideout will once again showcase its incredible dance lineup across some of Novalja’s most popular clubs, including Papaya, Kalypso, Aquarius and Noa.
In addition to its club parties, Hideout Festival’s programme also includes a number of boat parties on the lush Adriatic sea, as well as a now popular beach party.
AIRBEAT ONE FESTIVAL
(July 6 – July 10, Neustadt-Glewe, Germany)
Airbeat One Festival is a German dance music festival, as well as one of Europe’s most popular electronic music festivals. Each summer Airbeat One takes over Neustadt-Glewe Airport for four days alongside a lineup some of EDM, house, hardstyle and techno’s finest DJs.
Joining them each July are more than 50,000 dance fans who travel from all corners of the globe, all connected through a shared love of dance and a readiness and excitement to join Airbeat One’s epic and immersive party.
Airbeat One’s expansive lineup is showcased across five unique stages – all with their own musical direction, but all with incredible visual production and creative stage design, fit for the world’s biggest and best DJs.
NOISILY FESTIVAL
(July 7 – July 10, Leicester, United Kingdom)
Noisily Festival is an electronic music and arts festival inside Leicestershire’s intimate Coney Woods, each year curating a weekend of hedonism and escapism in the company of musicians, artists, performers and dancers.
Jump into this wild woodland wonderland and find a musical lineup that ranges from bassline to psytrance via house and techno, all showcased amongst innovative art installations, immersive workshops, surreal visuals, and quirky bars and stages.
Whilst rooted in the electronic music scenes, Noisily Festival is a holistic environment which feeds the mind, body and soul. It’s a celebration of psychedelic culture in a society which is increasingly looking within for happiness and fulfilment, and away from material goods and money as the definition of success.

ULTRA EUROPE
The main festival takes place inside Split’s Mladeži park, performing under Ultra’s characteristic production, featuring almighty firework displays, smoke cannons and more. Previous lineups have included Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta and The Chainsmokers.
Beyond the park, Ultra Europe also hosts a selection of other parties in what is known as Destination Ultra, including Ultra Beach on the island of Hvar, a Regatta beach party on Brač and a number of parties hosted by Resistance inside beach clubs and fortresses.
OSTEND BEACH FESTIVAL
(July 8 – July 10, Ostend, Belgium)
Ostend Beach Festival is a boutique electronic music festival in Northern Belgium. Set against a beautiful coastline, this festival becomes the ample space for a perfect summer atmosphere.
Ostend Beach Festival brings the power of the electronic music, with a lineup consisting of many underground artists and big names, like Martin Solveig, Yves V, Josylvio, Marco Bailey, MATTN, Rebekah, Anastasia Kristensen and many more.
You can expect two outdoor and two indoor stages, with top class audiovisual arrangements. The perfect summer festival for ravers alike, this festival mixes beach party and electro music perfectly.
CARL COX PURE OPEN AIR
(July 8, Prague, Czechia)
PURE Carl Cox Open Air is an outdoor techno and house music festival, held within the amphitheatre of Prague’s regal Křižík Fountain.
After unprecedented demand for the dance legend’s return having performed in the city in 2019, Carl Cox has answered the call, with a one-day outdoor rave of epic proportions.
Joining the techno icon amongst the scenic and historic location is a supporting cast including Eric Powell, Miss Salacova, and homegrown talent Lucca; rest assured, you’ll be buzzing from start to finish.
NEWSAM PARK FESTIVAL
(July 9, Leeds, United Kingdom)
Newsam Park is a Leeds house and techno music festival. Brought to you by the people behind the legendary Cocoon in the Park that ended after 11 editions in 2019, this is the rebirth.
Cocoon is the label and event company founded by German techno heavy-weight Sven Väth and has become one of the most sought-after imprints in Europe.
Hosting festivals and events around the continent, they’ve come to be known for their in-the-know lineups of top tier DJs and epic party atmospheres.
Newsam Park promises to be a fresh take on the festival experience, with some of the hottest national and international talent on the bill and state of the art stage production.
DREAMBEACH VILLARICOS
(July 13 – July 17, Cuevas del Almanzora, Spain)
Dreambeach Villaricos is a five-day dance music extravaganza held each summer on the Spanish coast.
A festival that doesn’t focus on just one style of electronic music, the lineup regularly boasts the world’s biggest DJs and performers from EDM, house, drum and bass, techno, hardstyle and more.
Combine this calibre of performers with imposing stages standing tall on the Playa de Villaricos, all kitted with spectacular lighting, soundsystems and production, and the result is a festival that offers dance music fans to party on a truly enormous scale.
HABITAT FESTIVAL
(July 14 – July 17, Hohenlockstedt, Germany)
Habitat Festival is a progressive festival celebrating the marriage of music, arts, culture, and nature held in in a small airfield in Hohenlockstedt.
Merging multiple genres of music with a multitude of cultural activities, eco-conscious festival-goers flock to a small airfield in the municipality of Hohenlockstedt for a consummate celebration of the arts.
Habitat Festival offers up a platter of film, theatre, workshops, yoga classes, and even a market alongside a diverse roster of music ranging from techno, to drum and bass, to house, to dubstep.
In amidst the multitude of cultural activities, you’ll find the space and time to decelerate by day and trip the light fantastic by twilight.
SEA YOU FESTIVAL
(July 15 – July 17, Freiburg, Germany)
After its initial success in 2014, Sea You Festival (Beach Republic) continues to sell out each year, drawing ravers from all around the world to its undeniably scenic lakeside location in Tunisee, with seven stages again featuring some of the scene’s foremost house and techno talents.
Spread over a whopping seven stages and featuring over 100 artists, Sea You Festival will also feature a chillout area, numerous water activities on the lake (incl. free water-skiing and wake-boarding options) as well as a fashion & beauty lounge. What’s more, the beautiful Lake Tunisee (with Germany’s famous Black Forrest in the background) is sure to prove a perfect accompaniment to the top class sounds on offer. Guests are encouraged to forget about their everyday worries and embark on a magical journey; to dance, laugh and cool down alongside thousands of other like-minded music lovers.
TOMORROWLAND
(July 15 – July 31, Schommelei Boom,Belgium)
Tomorrowland is the world’s largest dance music festival, each summer bringing electronic music’s biggest stars to its magical wonderland in the Belgium town of Boom.
Tomorrowland returns in July 2022 with another epic lineup that spans across EDM, house, techno, hardstyle, drum and bass, trance and more, all showcased over tens of stages, many curated by some of each genre’s foremost brands and artists.
Recent Tomorrowland lineups have featured the likes of The Chainsmokers, Carl Cox, Amelie Lens, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Tiësto and many more, who all played out amongst Tomorrowland’s incredible stage design, production, and quirky surprises.
Now regarded as a mecca for all dance music fans, Tomorrowland is well and truly at the top of every dance fan’s festival bucket list.
TITAN WAREHOUSE
(July 15 – July 16, Cardiff, United Kingdom)
TITAN Presents is returning to Cardiff Bay this summer, bringing headline performances from the most sought after and respected dance and electronic artists in the world. This year TITAN Presents will see headline performances from Chase & Status, Camelphat, Patrick Topping, Wilkinson, Shy FX, Alan Fitzpatrick, High Contrast, Bou and many more.
The two day event kicks off on Friday 15 July with drum and bass icons Chase & Status. Nearly two decades after their debut the electronic duo have amassed millions of records worldwide and performed to millions across the globe.
SUNRISE FESTIVAL
(July 21 – July 24, Kolobrzeg, Poland)
Sunrise Festival is an Electronic Music Festival, taking place at the former airport near Kołobrzeg. From year to year, the event spread its wings to finally become one of the largest EDM festivals in Central and Eastern Europe, with more than 100,000 attending in 2019.
As many as 5 powerful stages will be created, featuring over 100 artists from Poland and abroad. During this year’s festival edition, you will hear almost all genres of electronic music: house, trance, techno, progressive, bass, future, hardstyle, electro and that’s why everyone will surely find something for themselves.
The festival town called SunCity will be a complete novelty. It is an area with campsites of various standards and premium VIP houses. Club members will find there not only rich gastronomic, sanitary and chill out zones, but also a lot of attractions.
WELCOME TO THE FUTURE
(July 23, Oostzaan, Netherlands)
Welcome To The Future is an electronic music festival set just north of Amsterdam at the Recreatiegebied Het Twiske. The festival has been home to some of the hottest house and techno DJs and producers since 2007. Welcome To The Future Festival’s recent lineups have included Adriatique, Benny Rodrigues, Enzo Siragusa & Archie Hamilton and many more.
With immersive stage production and a loyal fanbase, Welcome To The Future has grown to become one of the most established festivals in The Netherlands. The festival takes place on a large green space to the north of Amsterdam, a truly idyllic location considering its proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city.
WONDERLAND FESTIVAL OUTDOOR
(July 23 – July 24, Vlaardingen, Netherlands)
Step into this fantastical and surreal atmosphere supported by an interesting and diverse lineup of house and techno artists from the vibrant Dutch scene and across the world. Inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, this festival offers their party goers a wondrous experience set with light, sounds and incredible visual effects.
Set with faces both familiar and new, the festival will surround you with a plethora of otherworldly characters and psychedelic stylings to interest every sort of party animal.
AWAKENINGS
(July 29 – July 31, Hilvarenbeek, Netherlands)
Awakenings Festival will be returning in 2022 with the new Awakenings Summer Festival, moving to a brand-new location, adding an extra day and a campsite for the first time. The Festival will take place for the first time in Hilvarenbeek and it will be the only three-day techno festival in the Netherlands.
Awakenings Summer Festival will host no less than nine areas, both outdoor stages as well as tents, all in the usual Awakenings style with top-quality stage design and immersive light shows. On Friday and Saturday, the programming will extend into the night.
Awakenings Summer Festival is the second of two festivals to celebrate Awakenings 25th anniversary in 2022. Awakenings Easter Festival will start the celebrations during the Easter Holidays, from 16 – 17 April, in the well known Spaarnwoude Houtrak just outside of Amsterdam.
MILKSHAKE FESTIVAL
(July 30 – July 31, Amsterdam, Netherlands)
Milkshake Festival is a multi-genre music festival taking place in Amsterdam. Heading into its ninth edition, the festival has grown into a favourite of the Dutch capital.
All about freedom of expression and an inclusive atmosphere, Milkshake Festival welcomes everyone from all colours, creeds, genders, and sexual orientations, you can be whoever you want to be!
A collaboration between two of the city’s major clubs, Paradiso and AIR, the Milkshake Festival is home to multiple stages, each with its own defining character and acts, so expect plenty of music alongside breathtaking decor, performance art and a packed day of festival fun.
